Food Policies
Food packages are only available when paired with an event package.
Final headcount and deposit are due 10 days before the event.
These packages are intended for groups of 8+. If you have less than this attending your party, we would be happy to offer anything from our regular snack bar menu, which can be found HERE.
Airway Hills policy stipulates that no outside beverages are allowed, including personal beverage containers. We have a variety of options available for purchase. See options below.
Option 1:
Bring Your Own
Bring in your own food or have a potluck and we will provide 8 ft tables for your buffet. Please remember to bring your own paper products, serving utensils and plan for how leftovers will be packaged and cleaned up. $10 per buffet tablecloth used.
Option 2:
Classis Combo
Starting at $15.50/person
- 2 slices of pizza per guest, 1 scoop of ice cream per guest + Paper plates, bowls, napkins, & utensils included
Option 3:
Upscale Grazing
Starting at $18/person
Choose between:
- Deli party platters (pinwheels, veggie, meat&cheese, fruit, dessert, etc.)
- Charcuterie-style grazing boards/tables (meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits)
- Sweet & Savory Snack Table (desserts, fruits, chips, dips)
Option 4:
Crowd-Pleaser Buffet
Starting at $25/person (15 minimum)
Choose between:
- Taco/Burrito Bowl Bar (steak + chicken, tortillas, chips, assortment of toppings)
- Pizza & Salad Buffet (assortment of pizzas, field green salad + dressings, dessert)
- BBQ Buffet (pulled pork and/or chicken, sides, salad, rolls, dessert)
Option 5:
Custom Catering
Custom quoted (30 minimum)
We will coordinate with local caterers on your behalf depending on your budget and desired menu preferences.
Included with this service is:
- All communication and placing the order
- Buffet setup
- Coordination to accommodate food sensitivities
- Pickup of food if needed
- Clean up
- Payment to the caterer, etc.
DRINK PACKAGES
Alchohol
- Drink Ticket Package- $6/ticket (you pre-determine how many tickets you would like distributed to each guest)
- Open Bar Package- We will keep a tab. Payable at the end of your event.

Non Alchoholic
- Unlimited Bottled Water – $2/guest
- Unlimited Bottled Water, Soda, and Coffee (upon request) – $6/guest
- Purchase Drinks Individually – (between $2-$4 per drink)
